What is Essential Dance?
Dance has always been a companion of culture, religion and tradition, it is an expression of the body, many dance as a medicine in its purest sense to connect body, mind and spirit. Religious dance was common in ancient primitive civilizations, guided by shamans, for the purpose of entering into a trance.
The Essential Dance is a method of meditation in movement that fuses different techniques to make a journey towards consciousness. Conscious breathing, meditative dance and guided meditation – Yoga Nidra, are the pillars of the Essential Dance program.

Each step is created to be able to experience transcendence in any of the different stages, it is designed for people from the West with millenary techniques from the East, it is very simple to practice and its benefits are noticeable in the short term.
When you use dance as a meditation, there is no mind, you are totally immersed in the dance.

Course duration
You can do it from home, at any time, it lasts 5 weeks: the first and second week, about 20 minutes a day and the last 3 weeks, the time can be chosen by you, between 4 versions of the complete practice: 30 minutes, 2 of 37 minutes or one of 55 minutes.
It is recommended to do the complete practice for 21 days in a row, as this is the time necessary for a change to take hold on an emotional and cellular level.
