As a speaker, facilitator and event presenter, I am committed to guiding people toward a life of authenticity, purpose and well-being. A
through my talks and workshops, I address relevant topics ranging from job burnout to meditation, discovery of purpose, the
talent development and spiritual connection.

- Overcoming Burnout: I explore the causes of work and parental burnout, share effective strategies for regaining energy,
restore physical, mental and emotional balance. Finding harmony between work and personal life. With a classroom practice of
guided meditation and breath work. - Creativity as a Divine Channel: I explore the idea that creativity is an expression of our connection to the divine.
We discussed how we can open ourselves as channels to receive the inspiration and creativity that flow through us, allowing us to
that our creative expression be a manifestation of the sacred within us.
- From Aging to Beautifying: I bring awareness to who you are deeply, guiding you to a self-discovery of your essence in order to
accept the cycles of life. Freeing ourselves from society’s mental patterns of beauty as we age. Entering into a

participants toward a deeper understanding of their connection to their inner teacher. With a live guided meditation practice
