What does it really mean to awaken our human potential and live in accordance with our true nature?<\/h4>\n
For years, I pursued an international career as an actress, appearing in more than 20 films and 7 television series, and training at some of the most prestigious acting schools in Madrid, Los Angeles, Paris and New York. Art enabled me to understand the depth of emotions, the importance of presence and the transformative power of authentic expression. <\/p>\n
At the same time, I embarked on a profound journey of inner exploration that has been with me for more than three decades. My training encompasses disciplines such as Yoga Nidra, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki, Channelling, the Akashic Records, Kabbalah, Genetic Alchemy and Osho\u2019s Active Meditations, always exploring the connection between consciousness, energy and transformation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
A fundamental part of my journey has been my immersion in the tradition of Advaita Vedanta and non-duality, having taken part for many years in silent retreats, satsangs and meetings with some of the most influential contemporary teachers of this lineage. I have received teachings and inspiration from Maharaji, Amma, Mooji, Gangaji, Jeff Foster, Wayne Liquorman and Daniel Odier, integrating into my life and work a vision based on presence, observation and the recognition of our true essence. <\/p>\n
For three years I lived in an ashram alongside Swaha, a direct disciple of Osho, travelling between India, Brazil and Norway, deepening my practice of meditation, silence, contemplation and the direct experience of consciousness.<\/p>\n
In recent years, I have broadened this approach by incorporating the most innovative advances in epigenetics, biohacking, longevity and cellular health, using advanced assessment and personalisation technologies to optimise wellbeing, vitality, genomic nutrition, supplementation and beauty and wellness from a scientific and preventative perspective.<\/p>\n
